I LIKE IT WISH IT WAS BIGGER. BUT SEEMS WELL MADE. WOULD BE OK FOR SMALL LOADS.

Elma Home Heavy Duty Carrier

has only 2 wheels in the back so unable to tip and pull with only 2 wheels.
