So impressed by customer Elama customer service

These dishes are so sophisticated. I really like the dark color and the modern vibe they have. The bowls have a great and unique shape and I love the rounded plates. However, most of all I am so impressed by Elama's customer service. Upon receiving my order, I found two plates were broken. I contacted Elama via email with images and a copy of my order. The next day I called to follow up and they told me a replacement order had already been sent out and they provided tracking. Such a great experience!

I don’t recommend this product it’s not like a picture. The gold is like removed or like a black color! And it’s smaller than I expected!

Elegant / Chic

I really like this set. It gives “the look” I am going for with a set table! I’ve washed them by hand and in the dishwasher and no chips or cracks. Also the plates prevent food from running over and the bowls are deep. The black looks really good.

Beautiful Set but Easily Scratched

Beautiful set, love all the pieces and heavy duty. They only thing is you have to be careful when using because plates are easily scratched.

lovely set, but

I really like the quality of the set. And i like the deepness of the bowls. however, it says gold rimmed but its actually more of a brown/ deep bronze color.
