Poor quality, small pearl

I ordered the grey one, the shipping was delayed and I reviewed it a few days later than expected. The pearls are very small and poor quality, the color was not good too. The pictures here are very misleading. I returned it immediately. It’s about one week after they received it, but I have not received refund yet. I don’t recommend buying this product even with discount, not worth it.

They can't figure out why stores are closing?

You seriously sent me a necklace worth hundreds of dollars in a clear plastic envelope with about a third of the bag missing due to an extremely missing corner? What class.

Necklace

I bought this in July. I went on a trip outside US. I wore this only for 2 -3 days. Now the clasp is not working It is not closing. I am really upset about this. By the time I returned to US, the return window is closed. This has never happened to me even with cheap necklaces. Very poor workmanship.
