beautiful ring but....

So, I bought this ring online. I ordered the sapphire (its also available in Ruby and emerald). They sent me the Ruby. Kind of a big oops on their part. Too much of a hassle to send it back and have the right stone ring sent...so Im just keeping it. Like I said, its gorgeous, but....

not well crafted

This ring is pretty because of the natural emeralds. But less than 24 hours after bringing it home, a stone fell out. I found it and promptly returned this ring. It’s obviously not made very well if the stones are coming off.

ruby & diamond

I understand it was on sale however when you are buying and investing in an Effy piece you still expect a certain standard of quality. This does not meet that. If just looking to own a piece by name only, ok. But their quality and high standards do NOT buy it!!!

Unbelievably awful nothing like the photo

I ordered this ring in emerald, I own other emeralds and they are all a deep green. In the picture for this item you can see it's the correct color. It arrives and it looks NOTHING like like the phone, instead it looks like cheap garbage. The "emeralds" are so pale in color they resemble peridot. Horrible quality and not at all what I expected from the Effy brand, I won't buy this brand again unless I see the item in person first. However, awesome customer service at Macys, I went to the local store to return this and I was immediately helped and refunded
