Purchased Before Misleading Description Corrected

While the topaz stone is beautiful, I am greatly disappointed the online description inaccurately stated the bezel and chain was 14kt gold (versus the gold plated silver stated on the bottom of the jewelry box). The only reason it wasn’t returned is because it is a gift my husband purchased for me, so it now holds sentimental value. I see the online description has been changed to reflect the correct metal.

I bought it and when I bought it it said 14k gold and not gold plated silver. They should be honest with customers because they could be sued for selling items with false descriptions.

FALSE ADVERTISING DO NOT BUY

This is false advertising!!! Not 14k gold. It is played sterling silver. So disappointing I have to return and my nearest Macys is an hour away! Fix this advertising!!!!

description on Macy website says 14kt gold but I received today and it is 14k plated. for the price I could have bought a real gold necklace. returning. do better Macy's

Gold Plated

I loved this necklace and its beautiful presence when wearing. Stone looked beautiful wrapped in gold. . Unfortunately the online description says 14k gold, but when received the packaging says gold plated. I returned.

necklace

The necklace is very beautiful however it is not 14k gold. It is gold plated silver which was very disappointing that it is listed as gold and very deceiving. It is definitely being returned.
