better in pictures than in person

I love EFFY, but I was disappointed with the quality of this piece. The pendant is very dense. I was expecting it to be larger, but the opal is thick, if that makes sense. The chain is so dainty, hard to take on and off. I have thought about returning it …. It is a pretty pendant, but the proportions are not to my liking… I know now not to order online and go in person to try it in before purchasing.
