Arrived very dirty

Ordered hoodie online two months ago. I waited for my order for almost a month. When the package finally arrived, it was a dirty, torn bag, and inside was dirty clothing stained with black paint, as if someone had stepped on it with muddy shoes. It was unpleasant to even touch it. Nevertheless, I returned the item by mail, but I still haven't received a refund, and it's been a month already. Didn’t recommend to buy.
