Not flannel and collects lint

Collects lint at an amazing rate and not flannel. Felt cheap. I returned.

Disappointing quality

I typically expect much more from Eddie Bauer products especially at this price. The edges seem like they're not completely finished and are already fraying. So much so that I originally thought I had it inside out. The pillow shams don't close completely and if you want the checked side out you will probably see the pillows. There are red stains around all of the button holes I can't seem to get out.

Eddie bauer duvet

I like the comforter a lot. It did not turn my white dog blue as other reviews said, but I washed it first. The only bad thing is dog fur sticks to it like crazy, so if you have pets that shed I would probably look at another comforter.

Matches the Eddie Bauer Preston Duvet Cover Set

I ordered the European Shams as I thought they looked a lot like the Preston Duvet Cover Set and to my surprise they have exactly the same fabric despite the different names. As I already was very happy with the duvet cover which is keeping me toasty in the winter, I'm delighted now to have the full set. It remains a mystery to me why a company would name these differently... aren't they interested in selling the whole set? In any case - both products are highly recommended, love them as it's almost impossible to find flannel covers on the minimalistic side... most have winter/Xmas/snow motifs which get really tiring. I've washed the duvet cover many times and it's holding up well. Wish they had other similar clean/dark color designs, I'd get one more duvet cover set.
