[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just an average person who like to use robotics to accomplish chores where I can and I have had multiple robot vacuums. I started off with roomba and thought I was upgrading when I purchased a Deebot. The biggest trouble is with the docking and recharging. It doesn't and then it can't run on schedule because it is out of battery. This happen 5 out of 7 days. I have cleared and reran mapping I placed in a position all by it's self nothing I have tried works. Extremely disappointed with the docking. I will say when it runs is does a good job of vacuuming HOWEVER the dusk bin is poorly design with it's square edges that traps the dirt and dog hair. The bushes are a good design and easy to clean but it has to have power to clean. The mop is okay but not really capable of cleaning an entire living room and kitchen floor. It also doesn't always keep the mop pad wet enough to scrub the floor even when on max everything. Lastly what is with all the gaskets that just fall out on the floor when you are trying to do maintenance on the dust bin and filter. That is a horrible design. You should think about how people maintain the vacuum. I like to look nice and be clean so I use another vacuum to take care of any dust in and on the unit and also used compressed air to help keep it clean on a daily basis. I have lost 2 of the gaskets because they get suck up when vacuuming the dust bin. All in all Deebot looks nice but not really worth the higher price of the competitors unless they can fix the docking issue. That is a deal breaker for me. I was so looking forward to loving this machine and even thought about the window unit but think I will hold off now. Good luck with your purchase.

Quiet, but poor instructions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet and cleans well. My dislike is about the lack of thorough instructions. For instance, there are no real instructions regarding automatic pickup into dust bag. I have never heard it transfer the dirt except once, when I selected “automatic pickup” whilst the robot was on its base. Other features, such as creating rooms/zones… Setting up cleaning schedules… Creating new maps… Are inadequate. The instructions are there, yes, but in no way sufficient to actually utilize the features that I need. I would be reluctant to recommend this to a friend. I have other robot vacuums from other companies in which setting up features and options is much easier, thanks to better instructions.

Great product, has came long way!!

difficult to connect to modern routers
Some of the premium Deebot robots are notoriously faulty at connecting to modern WiFi routers. They cannot connect to any 5ghz WiFi router, period. Only to some 2.4ghz channels if you are lucky.

Mostly Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third robot vacuum and definitely the best. Better than Roomba & big upgrade from T5. Love not having to worry about keeping a clean floor. Unfortunately, it does not always avoid objects. It’s caught a sock or two, and a cord. The mop is pretty good, but it has trouble going back into the dock with the mop on. I don’t use the camera - I’m not sure what it’s for, other than the thrill of watching your floor get cleaned by a robot lol. Customer service fabulous btw.

Just what I wanted
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our new laminate floors. It does a great job. My only complaint about this product is detailed information is hard to come by. The book that comes with it helps, but does jot have all the information you need. I’m sure some of it is self explanatory, but more information would be awesome. Videos would be a dream. All in all I would highly recommend this product.
