Wide width

Shoes are very tight, high instep, and the pinch/squeeze the top of foot

Totally disappointed

I have purchased Easy Street shoes for years and have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately last time ordering , i was totally disappointed in what i received! One shoe was a medium width and one shoe was a wide width!! I could not believe this! They did return them after a lot of running around on my part! Now im am extremely sceptical about ordering the shoes i have come to favor!

Sizing is way off! But comfy and good quality

Really frustrating, I’m usually an 8 across many different brands but the 8W is massive, I could fit maybe 3-4 fingers behind my heel. The brochure it comes with says you should only be able to fit a pink behind your heel. So I sized down to 7.5W be conservative — had to rebuy it at a higher price, and it was still giant! So incredibly frustrating. I wanted these for work shoes and to be able to wear them asap. But I just ordered a size 7W and a 6.5W to be safe lol. Granted I have flat feet and they’re pretty skinny so maybe that’s why the sizing is particularly off for me. I keep coming back to try again because they’re so cute and I know they’ll be really comfy if I can find the right size. The quality is decent too.
