Wrong size

Nice shoes wrong size, distressing because I needed them for a family function with my dress. I did order the correct size.

Nice shoe

I bought the 10w in grey for Easter and upcoming weddings. Got it on sale so the price was good. I have always had a difficult time finding dress shoes that are wide enough to be comfortable with a smaller heel. I just need a shoe to fit so I can walk comfortably in them. The shoe arrived timely and when putting them on the first time the color is a soft muted shade a gray which looks very nice with multiple color dresses. The toe box was wide enough for my foot without any pinching. The issue was the strap that goes across the top of the foot is too short, even on the last buckle hole. After some maneuvering, wiggling, success. Once I was standing in the shoes they still felt good. While the strap across the foot was tight it wasn’t uncomfortable. After wearing them to Easter service the strap loosened a bit and the shoe was comfortable. Will be looking at other styles from this company.

I almost didn't order these shoes bc of a review that said the leather was too hard, the leather is Not too hard it's soft but firm & sturdy, I prefer that to a leather that's too soft to keep your foot in one place. love these shoes very comfortable!
