Love, but heel won’t stay put

These shoes would have been my pick for an upcoming event to go with a gold dress. They are stylish and also comfortable, with just enough heel. However, for some reason the heel slides up and down when walking. I tried my normal size and then 1/2 size down but it still happened. I did not try going to a narrow and maybe that would help but I am tired of ordering and returning and moved on now.

Beautiful but weird fit

Beautiful but weird fit. Bought and returned two different sizes and widths. The toe box was too short in both.

Better than Basic

I really like the style of these shoes. I have very narrow low volume feet and it is super difficult to find shoes that fit. Even though I ordered these in 8.5N, I still had to put a pad in the ball of the foot so my heel didn't slip. I'm not sure that would be necessary for others. The shoe is super attractive though and the cross straps make it more interesting than a basic pump. I have only worn them around the house so I can't comment on the comfort for long wear or out on the street.
