Comfortable

Great quality’, easy slip on- not especially attractive shoes (hence the 4 stars) very functional and made very well. They work for me! Recent knee surgery and needed some slip on’s that were not flimsy.

Run Large

They are comfortable but run very large. I normally take a 9 1/2 but a 9 or even an 8 1/2 would probably fit. These were on sale and unable to return.

Poor customer service

Took 7 days for the shoes to get to Macy's for a store pick up, after five I had to call to see when I could pickup my shoes, no email given until the seventh day at 6PM.

Too big

Comfortable shoes but sizing is off. I bought my usual size 9.5 and got it in wide, and they were too big. Will be returning them for a size 9 instead.
