Wrong product size shipped

I ordered a size 8 and the shoe box said 8, but the shoes inside were a 6. I live remotely and have to drive over 10 miles to a UPS vendor just to return uour error. 😕

Great shoe bad dye job

My shoe got a small white spot. Tried to wash it out and now the shoes are ruined as it took out the color.
