Wanted to love it- but super uncomfortable
SO SO uncomfortable in the heel area- the sole itself is comfy, however after wearing these to a wedding- my heels were DESTROYED after 45 minutes of wearing these. The heel area is so uncomfortable and poor quality.. dissapointing

the shoes were never ship, place the order on 7/10 August 3 still waiting. I had to place a second order.

I order this on July 10, never arrive. I wanted this shoes for my birthday 7/29 and they were never ship. on 8/3 I called to inquiry about the order still in transit I asked them to cancel the order and place a new order for me. The rep still wrote that the shoes were delivered on 7/12 and processed a return (not sure how she was able to do that).had to Macy's needs to hire better customer service. or we need to start shopping somewhere else.
Cheaply made
I loved these shoes at first, they were practical and looked great. However, I only had them for a couple months before BOTH of the soles broke. I couldn’t believe it. I was so sad, but considering I paid a little more hoping they’d be the better quality option, these were definitely disappointing.
Super Comfortable
I bought these just as a simple shoe to wear with slacks to work, where I want to look nice but I don't have to be ultra stylish or on trend, plus I have this same style shoe in a higher heel (different brand). Tried them on and was amazed at the comfort. I ended up wearing them under a maxi dress to church and had no problem with anything as I walked and stood. Looking for them in other colors.
