Shoes Arrived Damaged - Macys Mistake

Macys quality has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. The shoes were shoved into a different brand shoe box which was too small to fit them properly. In addition, there was a tight zip tie around the jeweled bow - so the shoes basically arrived damaged. The jeweled bow was bent out of shape and dropping stones due to being shoved into the wrong size box and the I’ll placed tight zip tie. Shoes were cute otherwise, color was a deeper violet than the picture. However, due to the issues described I will be returning.

Shoe Lady

These shoes are beautiful, I got it in silver for a wedding. I wish my feet did not hurt wearing pump heels shoes like this one. I don’t think the shoes are the problem, it’s my feet! It was a shame I ended up returning them cuz it really hurt me.

I ordered the blue color and although beautiful it’s not the right shade for the dress i wanted to wear them with. HOWEVER, they are very pretty and quite comfy so i decided to keep them anyway!!

Beautiful Shoe

Love this shoes. They do run a little small. Needed to go up 1/2 a size. Wish they had a matching purse.
