Very comfy but macy sent me wrong size

I ordered the dark brown n broze sandals in 6.5 size but macy’s sent me 6.5W. Wats wrong macys?! It happened before too, 3 times. BTW the sandals are very comfy!!! Not stylish but very comfy specially for walking alot in summers.

Toe Thong Strap Sandals

Love Easy Spirit but not this sandal. The toe piece was rough and not comfortable. It does have good arch support. I returned them.
