Previously Worn

These shoes arrived worn, with dirty and scuffed soles. No matter the price I pay for new items. Macy's should not act like a thrift store. Final sale should reference end of season not second hand.

Wrong size

very disappointed with Macy's. I went to pick up my shoes and luckily y open the package and went to try on and was size 10 on a wrong box of size 5 and different style. This is the 2nd time it happens to me. very frustrating

Cute & Comfortable. Heel might hurt.

These shoes are darling, and very comfortable! The strap makes it slightly tight to put on, but that can be good for keeping them stable from stretching while walking. There is something I can feel something on the back heel that gives me the impression it may cause a heel blister if walking in them for a long time. But I’m keeping them and hoping for the best.
