Fatal flaw

These flats arrived quickly, looked good, nice quality and fit well. Just what I had been looking for. However they came off at the heel with every step so they only fit the bill when I am standing still. They are going back. Bummer.

Wrong item sent and used.

harsh leather

As soon as I put them on and took a few steps around the room my heels got scratched and the edges are rubbing against my ankles, felt uncomfortable. Shoe runs loose in my regular size
