I will be returning all of the Easy Spirit shoes. The heels are poor quality.

Heel height is perfect
Feet hurt all the time
The shoe was a bit loose inside I had to add padding. All in all I do like the shoe's. I wore them the same night I got them comfortable

Hook & Eye better than velcro
The velcro fastener does not close the back enough to fit my foot. My foot moves around making it easier to fall. Would do better with a buckle that can be adjusted to smaller or larger ankles.
Easy Spirit, it wasn't
I am very disappointed in the shoe. The sole is some sort of rubber/plastic and after wearing twice, it looks like it was scraped with sandpaper, or a grater. Unfortunately my time has passed to return the shoe. But I had purchased Easy Spirit shoes before, and this has never happened. How you can improve is to increase the range for your return policy.
Wide clog perfect fit
I have very wide, hard-to-fit feet and this clog is a perfect match for me. Once other colors are available, I'll buy them as well.

Shoes are excellent, comfortable and good quality. I didn't receive the Macy's order. My package was returned by UPS to sender, Macy's facility due to the missing part of my address. I ordered those shoes from different company.
Not what I hoped
Fit, right size but stiff not comfortable. Disappointed
