A disappointing experience
I ordered these shoes, but when I went to pick them up, they were tennis shoes. I got a refund and a $25.00 gift slip to use in the store to compensate for my wrong item. I then went to the fine jewelry dept to use my $25.00 but to my disappointment, the salesperson said I could not use; however I went ahead and purchased the item that I wanted because it was on sale with 75% off. I called the store when I went home, I called the store and found out I could have used that $25.00 towards my purchase. So I made another inconvenient trip back to the store to tell the salesperson, I came back to use that $25.00. She said ok and she refunded $25.00 back on my card. I feel I should have received another $25.00 because I was inconvenience 2 times. Very disappointing experience. I don’t think I’ll order on line again.

The Shoe Fits
From this hard-to-fit lady thanks for a perfect size 12W. I love the 20’s look and this design could be in that era. It seems to be well made too, so I’m pleased with this purchase. There is another model without trim. Not as finished as this design.

Hard as rock leather. Shoes is very hard on the feet, uncomfortable.
