Not able to cancel or return

Item was final sale and I contacted customer Service to cancel before shipping but unable Cancel. I needed shoe size 10 mistakenly ordered 9.5. won't recommend for that is not accepting cancellation or return for refunds

I get this shoe for my dad . And he love it , it’s perfect fit, really hard to find shoes for him but he was so happy how this one fit him .

Like them so far

Comfortable and stylish. I don't feel comfortable in every shoe, but this pair is comfortable. Easy to put them on, and they seem to he durable. It has been only a month since I got them and so far they won me over. The price was also affordable

no waterproof, bottom of the shoes r poor quality

I happened to walk in those shoes in the rain - OMG - my feet got submerged in the water so quickly. since I only wear shoes in dry weather, but something else happened- the bottom of the both shoes cracked - but rest of the shoes looked brand new. I just put them in to the dumpster. will never buy them again

Only shoes my husband will wear, very comfortable and looks really nice. They are super durable too.

Cancelled shoes delivered anyway.

When I ordered these shoes I didnt know that they are nonrefundable. After I ordered them I saw the nonrefundable in small print. I got a email from Macy;s saying that they order was canceled, Just days later I got the shoes in the mai, which I thought that the order had been canceled. Needless to say the shoes didnot fit. I hope that I can return them
