Lightweight and easy to use!
Love this Dyson, no cords to get tangled, very lightweight and has lots of accessories, this would be good for elderly people as well, as it’s light and easy to use.

Wouldn’t buy again.
Battery is a weak point. Never lasted long; the vacuum was cared for and rarely used. Always charged properly. They’ll tell you to replace the battery. Guess what ? They don’t have any.

Will never buy dyeing again
3 family members and I bought this model and hate it. It worked for less than a year. Does after 3 min of use ever since for all of us. Filter and bin are clear so that’s not the issue. Save your money buy something better that would be a fraction of the cost anyway.

That would include things such as the suction mode being used, how clean the filter is in the machine, and how the machine is being stored and charged. Great Until the battery Quits
This machine worked great until the battery lost its charge and then died. The replacement cost and trouble to replace the battery is absurd. The machine has been well cared for and cleaned. There are no dirty filters or blockages. I am a contractor with multiple battery operated tools, Dyson should take a look at the multiple successful, inter interchangeable, quick charge, long lasting batteries. This product becomes landfill too quickly. Yes it vacuumed well but we are truly regretting the purchase.

Poor quality
Sucks dirt well enough but poor battery life and poor design. Bumped the vacuum while cleaning under the bed and the knob in the filter punched right through the lid. Such cheap build quality and expensive replacement part that should not have even been possible to break in the first place. Wouldn't even keep one if it were given to me.
