I love Dyson products. They have never been disappointed me. I have a regular Dyson vacuum, but I have been wondering how the stick vacuum works. I am so happy to have it! Easy to use, carry it upstairs, and easy to clean the floors! Love it!

Love it!

I bought this for my home in Florida & loved it so much I bought another one for my home in Illinois. We love how the green light shows all the dirt & dust on the floor while you’re vacuuming. The floor washing part is ok. It’s not a deep wash but it gets the job done. You just have to empty it every so often if you have a big floor.

Expensive for what you get!

Had older model for about 4 years and it quit. New one seems to have less power! The wall mount is poor! Won’t even hold the attachments. Bad design!

great vaccume

love the vaccume just wish it could stabd on its own when i have to stop for a min.Over all performance is great, saves space and good batterylife.

Glad I bought it!

I love the vacuum. It’s my second one. The first is still going strong. The submarine head for floor washing is pretty good. Sometimes it takes a couple passes before the floor is wet, and it leaves a bit too much water in some spots. I’ve learned to be patient on the first issue and the water spots are easy to take care of with my old mop. I just run around and swipe the wet spots with the dry mop and then they dry quickly. It just takes a minute or two more to do this. Overall, I’m glad I bought it

Very expensive for what it does

I bought this a month ago hoping it was as great as everyone has said about Dyson products. Out of the box it seemed well packaged, but it is all plastic and the attachments seem gimmicky. The docking station is basically a plug holder. When I used it, the suction was ok, but pushing it took a lot of effort. It's not power driven. The width is not broad and it doesn't cover a lot of area quickly. The battery lasted an hour. It took me all day just to get my great room done. The wet/mop attachment was better. It sucked up a spill easily, but I had to carefully pull out a tray and dump it. Emptying the canister is clumsy. Doesn't open all the way, I have to beat on it to get everything out and I still had to use my hand to try to get debris off the inner unit. I've used it 3 times. There is no way to Empty it without having to wash my hands after. It's an expensive wet/dry dust buster that requires cleaning. Would i buy it again? No. It is my first Dyson product, I might try a different model. I'm just really disappointed after all the hype. I have to buy another vacuum and just use this for small messes.

Hardwood floor attach is making scraping noise

Great vacuum. Doing good job. Negative thing is that power starting button you have to hold all cleaning time. It’s not like on other vacuums you press to start and end. Finger gets tired. Surprise who designed that? That person must be punished 😤 Great filtration. Suction is strong. For thin and low pile carpet, rugs must use hardwood floor attachment otherwise sucks in. Battery life is good.
