It’s taken a while

I found it hard to begin with but now that I have mastered the mop function I absolutely love the whole machine

The Product Name is a Mouth Full. Be careful.

I bought this for my daughter and she is very happy with it. I bought the V15s Detect Submarine Absolute for myself in February and I thought I was buying the same one for her since the price was the same but I didn't realize it until after I recycled the box. I was disappointed that she didn’t get the Absolute features but the price was the same.

Wondering job

The performance is outclass. The battery life is long as I have 4 bedroom house and big sitting room and lift. It lasts for cleaning all my house. The mop works great too. Streak free on the tiles and works well on wood flooring. Just loved it. Highly recommended. Worth spending on

Fantastic vacuum cleaner

I love this vacuum cleaner. Was slightly nervous about comments re: keeping your hand on the trigger on/off button, but I don't notice at all. I rarely write reviews but this product has motivated me to.

Great Features for those that like extra gadgets.

This is a "mean machine" and very effective and full of excellent "bells and whistles" for those that like all the gadgets. It really does what it says on the tin. Good points are the strength of the hoover and the automatic mop with enclosed water container. Bad points are the on/off button which must be held in all the time together with a fairly heavy weight which means that both your wrist and finger are a little sore after a full house clean. The emptying process is also somewhat fiddly, but this is overall better than having to change the bag frequently. Lastly it should be noted that floors must be vacuumed to get the best result from the mopping process. Although the instructions are clear on this point, don't be tempted to mop without using the hoover attachment first.

Mop doesnt work properly

The mop doesnt work properly it leaks water making a mess of the floors. It does not open and close properly whenever need to out water in the container all parts do not align properly when trying to close the mop. Dyson will need to replace this faulty part. Not happy with the product. I should have read other similar reviews before buying this model.
