Awful - I sent it back!

Awful - I sent it back! Turbo brush kept stopping. Not enough power to get around my tiny house. Boost lasted about 20 seconds and then the machine died. Like a toy. The only Dyson I’ve not loved. Dyson were good about the return/refund.

Can’t get replacement filters

This is my second V12 slim. It’s the right size and has adequate battery life for a modest house with hardwood floors and few rugs. I like the on/off button better than the trigger design. First one was lost in house fire, but it took almost a year to get replacement filters. Now with the new one, I’m having the same problem. You’d think a clever company like Dyson could figure out replacement part supply chain?

Great product!

My first Dyson vacuum cleaner. Regretted not getting it earlier. My purchase came with a stand and it was very helpful to keep all the attachment organized. Very light weight and easy to handle. Battery is more than sufficient for cleaning the whole house

Totally blown away by my dyson V12 ! The "green light" showing up how dirty my floor was was mind blowing ! My dyson V12 picked up dog fur & dust effortlessly ... cleaning up my dyson V12 was so easy.

Could be better

I would give 3.5 star.i bought this 6 months ago. Love the green light as I can see those micro dust. Would give it 5 star if after vacuum the hair or dust can discard by its own when emptying. Or at least Without using my hands to remove. After a while of usage the hair will be trap at the roller and it is hard to remove.

Excellent for dog fur

Lovely hoover and the light is brilliant to see the most smallest amounts of dust/dog hair especially when you have a golden retriever who leaves clumps of hair daily

First impressions

Works great with no real problems. Can complete the entire living space with one powerhead change. Replaced two older vacs. One heavy corded upright and a clumsy broken stick unit that was a replacement unit for one that similarly broke. In a perfect world I would like a bit larger battery for 10 more minutes, larger dirt/hair/dust storage and slightly wider power heads for the price I paid for the v12 on sale. Haven't had it long enough to evaluate cleaning the filters.
