I rarely ever leave reviews, but I have to here. This is my second cordless Dyson. My first one lasted 10+ years. My new Dyson works just as well as the old one, if not better. It certainly came with far more attachments! I have a cat that sheds a lot, and this vacuum is great for picking up hair that I don't even know is there! I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone that has pets!

Won't work when charged...

Purchased over a month ago and is great when it works...BUT every time I charge it I have to take the battery out and insert it again to get it working.

High capacity & lower noise

An upgrade from the couple of V8's we owned. Higher capacity and lower noise level. Hopefully the accu will last a bit longer. Nevertheless, an excellent product đź‘Ť

Really powerful

Overall I’m happy with the vac. It’s extremely powerful and when first used picked up an embarrassing amount of dirt! I do though find it heavy and tiring to hold as I am elderly and rather arthritic so that’s worth bearing in mind. However I find it ok if I use it in short bursts rather than trying to do the whole house in one go.
