Really does its job well but could be better

Does its job well but gave 4 stars because the wheel break off easily. 2 of the wheel is broken since i used it less than a year.

Very impressive!

I’m very impressed with my new Dyson air purifier. It performs a complete analysis of the air quality, and since I installed it in the basement, the air has noticeably improved. The device is also very quiet, which is a big plus. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my Dyson purifier!

Great features and work well!

Bought this for better air as we use wood stove during winter at home. The machine shows the air quality with clear measures and it is super quiet when on. Love the mobile appl that comes with it too!

Best sleeps ever!

Overall Good Performance

We were experiencing strong ozone smell in our home that we think was from a natural source. Since we have used the machine the smell has almost disappeared, but not 100 percent of the time. Overall the air in our home seems better, but the machine itself does put out a sour odor itself which seems counterintuitive. The air quality report is nice and the machine is easy to use.

Repair needed with less than one month usage

Bought bp04 less than a month ago. After just a few days, the machine started to show weird reading on VOC. It always started in green region, then increased to yellow two hours after the machine is on. This yellow will go away if I power it off and on again. But will still have a yellow display after 2 hours. Last night it powered off itself after running for a while in the yellow region. Called Dyson support. Was told to ship it back for repair and pay for the packaging material myself since the warranty only covers the Dyson machine itself. A surprise. Maybe this is industry standard now? Wondering if there is anything else I miss in their document. Was also told to wait a few weeks for it to be fixed and sent back. Debating whether to just return it to save future troubles.
