So Useable!

My Dyson is the best heater/airpurifier to suit any situation. It’s easy to move from room to room and takes up very little space. The unit heats/cools quickly and is simple to operate. It comes with an easy to follow manual.

Don't believe the ad, app doesn't control all

Says you can do everything from the app including temperature, not the case you're not allowed to use heat from the app. I purchased this item for that reason because I am paralyzed so it was extremely expensive and useless. RETURNED because it was not as advertised and no help. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Reliable and sleek

Excellent feature and heat/air distribution. I am impressed also by the design and standard features that come with the unit. I only wish the device allows the phone app to turn on and off the device without always reaching for the result. There are other products out there than can operate with a phone app which I believe is much more convenient. Also the magnet for the remote is weak and often cause the remote to fall when accidentally touched.

Where do I get replacement filters?

I received this as a gift and so far have been happy with it. I agree with other reviews regarding the "cool" reference in the name, it doesn't really cool the air only circulates it. The only drawback I've discovered so far is finding original replacement filters.

Broke immediately

I bought it and within 24 hours it overheated and the app said critical error with your machine

One HOT+COOL per floor level

LOVE THEM, LOVE THEM, LOVE THEM!!! I have owned a HOT+COOL for years. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased two (02) recently.
