Weak motor head swivel , brittle brush bar
I have 2 Gen 5 outsize vacuums due to having a large house, 3 cats that I’m allergic too Plus my husband has one in his man cave The carpet vacuum head bush bar deteriorates quickly on Capet after 3months Also I have to replace the screws on the motor head turning ball as the Dyson screw are weak & snap off very easily after thorough use The vacuum stick starts to wobble after 5 months once the brush bar starts to deteriorate, make the vacuum hard tp ouch along carpet I’ve own many Dyson’s that on pass on to family near end of warranty The battery life is excitable, otherwise the Gen 5 is brilliant, vacuums very well I’ve actually got to ring Dyson about the current issue above once again The vacuum stick is wobbly & pinches my hand when changing vacuum heads One Dyson, the brush bar has deteriorated & makes it hard to use, hurts my back Lucky I have another Gen 5 to vacuum with

Great vacuum with a major flaw
Had to replace it three times because the wheels on the Motörhead keep breaking. Major design flaw and Dyson is turning a blind eye. Don’t know what I will do when my 2 year warranty expires. Very expensive investment to deal with.

Support is ridiculous.
I brought a year ago. Was originally happy then the head broke so I sent it back for warranty. They then send out 4 others all have been faulty so I have sent it back and talking through a refund currently for over a month so haven't had a vacuum cleaner for 4 weeks now and then get asked to leave a review about how it's going.

Great vacuum
I bought this vacuum 2 weeks ago and was so excited to use it because I heard amazing reviews about it. It has amazing suction!!! Works so well all over my house. We have very thick carpet and it’s gets anything by from it.

Heavy and Cunbersome
I bought this because I wanted something easy and handy to clean my hardwood floors. However, I am petite and find it cumbersome to use. The battery makes it very heavy and taking it apart to empty the cannister is a challenge. It does have good suction.

Great vacuum cleaner, the best I've had.
I bought my Dyson complete 7 months ago & wouldn't be without it, great cleaning machine, carpets look better in between vacuuming. The weight is a little heavy but I've got used to that.

Still Evsluating the Unit…
2 weeks old. Does not appear to pick up as much dirt as our dependable Dyson cored cleaner by the small amount of dirt found in this cordless one! What concerns me though are the batteries. If left uncharged and they bleed out, can thet]y “Brick-Up” like my EV bicycle battery did one winter?
