Very powerful - amazing suction - works on spaniel hair. Heavy and expensive. But overall, glad I bought this.

Effective but some important drawbacks

Pleased with the cleaning and power. A little disappointed in the battery capacity, run time on auto mode on carpet is only around 20 minutes not nearly close to the advertised 70. The charging time is also quite long. So 20 minutes of cleaning followed by 4 hours of charging! Can get a little heavy when using the attachments that aren't floor based such as the mini motor head. The wand also scratches quite easily, doesn't effect the usability of it but starts to look untidy very quickly. The maneuverability in tight spaces is difficult due to the small wheels and sometimes rickety feeling connection to the wand.

Pathetic, have replaced the head three times in last 9 months, still they haven’t offered me to change the model The rotator on the sides always comes off while manoeuvring on carpet Worst model ever

Great vacuums but little heavy

They are good, but painful to change . Battery life is good but heavy. Filter is good.maneuverability is not so comfortable on carpet. Vacuuming is excellent . Attachments are okay changing is not that pleasant

The performance is solid, but the material quality is disappointing. The finish on the purple vacuum scratches far too easily—after just one use, it already looks months old. At such a premium price point, I expected much better build quality.

love this vacuum! worth the hype. the lighted attachment for hard floors is a gamechanger, my floors have never been cleaner.

Awesome features!

I gave the 5 star as the vacuum itself is awesome. Love the light on power nozzle showing the dirt you can't see without it! But I have 1 complaint.....why oh why can dyson not make a crevice tool thin and long enough to get between a car seat and console?!
