The Dyson Big Ball Turbinehead has powerful Dyson suction to remove hair and dirt from every floor type. Self-righting technology Dyson Big Ball canister vacuums are monostatic: they have a single stable resting point. Dyson engineers made this possible using a complex configuration of the vacuum s components. By assembling them in a spherical array, with the heaviest components near the floor, we created a curved body with a low center of gravity. Could be better

I bought this vacum because I heard they were the best , while it does have good suction, maneuverability and is fairly quiet it did not come with a combination hard and carpet tool, you cannot adjust the suction power and the dirt bin is far too small , it is also more expensive than most others so I am a little disappointed with it.

I find this vacuum cleaner difficult to manage on carpet. On hard floors in doesn't pick up anything a bit bigger, it spits them out behind. It is a bit noisy and difficult to empty.

Long time Dyson owner Big Ball very disappointing.

I purchased this several months ago. Having previously owned a DC19 and battery Dyson which were both great. This new Big Ball machine is extremely disappointing. The heads provided are not suitable for carpet nor hard floor. I have tried to purchase your specific hard floor tool head but is always out of stock. This machine just flicks any significant dirt or tiny pebbles etc around the room.

Dyson big ball vacuum

This product is easy to manoeuvre around the room however the head attachment doesn’t perform well. I have hard floors and mats and have found the turbine cleaner head doesn’t work on the mats and does leave some dirt on the hard floors. I contacted Dyson to see if there is another head I could use and asked them to notify me when they had one available. I haven’t heard from them which has left me with a vacuum that I am not satisfied with. My previous Dyson was amazing so just a bit disappointed in this one.

Otherwise I am very happy with the performance

My only disappointment is it is very noisy on my tiled floors.

Update our Dyson

We updated our Dyson to a new one as the hose had worn out after over ten years. We fine the Dyson corded vacuum perform very well
