air flow seems good, but fan is LOUD! Not warm enough yet to know if i will keep it or not.

Only a few months after buying this Dyson, the filter already malfunctioned. Support took almost a month to fix it, and Dyson would not supply a refund despite it being within my consumer rights. The fan was not worth the cost, support was inconsistent and not helpful, and I regret buying it. I wish there was something more positive to share about the product or my experience.

Cleaning is not easy

I need to know how to properly clean the fan. Ii am only able to clean the outer parts, whereas the dust inside the casing is hard to reach.

Hi I bought the Dyson fan and have 4 units in total Its so ez to maintain when it gets dusty just use a cloth to clean it.
