Good but does take organisation
I find the robot good but still haven’t managed to organise the navigation. It still gets lost and stuck. It is great at cleaning and I really like using it.

Worst robot ever
Bad software, this robot for the price does not work the way it should be working, it gets lost and never finds the charger, I’m getting very frustrated with this machine.

Very disappointed in every aspect of this machine
This is my replacement unit. It gets lost all the time and does not go to all accessible rooms. It is also very loud. The one that broke was quiet. I am disappointed. It runs into so many things and is dinging up my furniture !!! Sensors are awful even though I carefully clean them every other day. What happened to the software???!!! It never starts at the selected time anymore either. I have to press the button to start it every day even though it is programmed to run every morning. The battery life is also shorter than the last one. Is this a refurbished machine that is not really fixed? There is very little good I can say about this machine except it has good suction on hard floors.

Not ready to go to market - returned
Wonderful suction and unmatched tile floor cleaning. The design flaw is in the camera. Dyaon needed to embrace lidar. The mapping was just silly and the cleaning areas didn't even march with the map. The robot cleans in an inefficient random pattern and cannot find the dock. Save your reputation and pull this product until it actually works.

I have owned many robot vacuums. This is by far the best on the market best quality best vacuuming abilities.It took a couple times to learn the mapping of the house other than that great product.

Just ok
Used it for a month and sold it. It kept getting stuck on chairs and table legs and seemed to have extreme difficulty mapping my house. I love everything Dyson but this one just didn’t cut the muster!

Needs improvement but good start
I was expecting more being a current Dyson owner. The suction is great but the inability to empty and battery life not so much. They really need to offer an option that self empties and improve the battery life and the ability to return to dock on its own. As it is it will just stop when the battery is low. It needs to be smart enough to return to its dock. If they can make it more user friendly that would help. Thanks

Sensors
I bought our machine about a month ago and the sensors require a clean very very frequently. It is a pain to have to do them so frequently especially when they are not dirty and nothing is on the cleaning cloth. Also when you have another scheduled clean later in the day and the sensors require cleaning after the first scheduled clean of the day and you are away from home the second clean wont go ahead. You should be able to manually override the warning.
