They sent me the wrong shoes, wrong color, wrong brand. Sent me taupe impulse boots not DV black boots

Just OK

Pros: True to size, comfortable, the heel was the perfect height, just over the knee for a perfect shaft height. And the color was fire! The faux suede on the front of the boot was nice and had a decent amount of body to it. Cons: The back panel of the boot was not the same faux suede or was not similarly lined and was noticeably thinner and cheaper and lent to the boots slouching in the ankle. The calf had an exaggerated shape that ruined the fit of the boot. And the calf as a whole was crazy big. I checked my order confirmation, the box and the boots themselves several times thinking I must've accidentally ordered wide calf, or it was accidentally shipped to me. Had these been a better quality I might have considered taking them to be altered, but for faux suede boots that won't last more than a season or 2 it wasn't worth it.

boots disappeared

I bought a pair of Dolce Vita over the knee boots n Oct 30th. on Nov 4th I got an email they were delivered to the store in Boca Raton , left at the dock and signed by Larry , went to pick them up and they disappeared, the MANAGER LOOK FOR IT TO NO AVAIL Interesting that an order just got lost just like that. BTW order #4511569634.
