Very comfortable but the shoe soles mismatched

I love how comfortable the shoes are, however, the bottom of the shoe soles were two different colors. I returned them for a refund because they didn’t have another size 10 shoe. It may be hard to see in the pictures, but the sole of the shoe on the left has more pink in it than the shoe on the left. (The picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s very noticeable).

Comfortable but defective

The shoes were so comfortable when I tried them on in the store, however, when I got home and looked at the soles on the bottom of the shoe, the soles were 2 different colors. I’m going to take them back and exchange them for another pair. I’m going to check the next pair to make sure they don’t have that same problem. 😳

Worn shoes Macy’s does not check their orders

This is the second online purchase that Macy’s has failed me, first I order perfume during the holidays and I received male cologne instead. Now I order these shoes that have been clearly worn and the shoe top is scuffed. How does this happen. You all will be closing soon like other retailers if this continues.
