Had to return it

Like other reviews mention, the shoe is very cute, but the back slips off when you walk. The sole lacks flexibility, which seems to cause the problem. I returned it.

Awful sales woman

It was the worst experience dealing with Macy’s sales woman. I needed to exchange the shoes with a smaller size and the she was rude, disrespectful, nasty, incompetent. I returned the shoes and will never go back to the Macy’s in downtown DC area on G street.
