Lisa Rena body shimmer oil

Not as promised. NOT shiny or shimmery. Pretty impossible to return as it's a private vendor. Went to Macys, they took it back and kept the product!!!! Then I get home, and company has sent me a shipping return label BUT Macy's has it. Not sure what to do but will wait for my bill and see if the product was taken off! Very unhappy.
