Broken after third use

Bought this item during the black Friday sale. Waited almost a month for it to arrive, which does not necessarily reflect on Dry Bar and more an issue with shipping. Used it twice during the holidays and it worked amazing. Went to use it again more recently and discovered the button to adjust the temperature is no longer functioning so the iron only heats to 250 degrees, definitely not warm enough to curl this thick maine.

This works really good. It also leaves your hair smelling really burnt. The things at the tip also get hot so u can't rest your other hand to guide unless your wearing a heat glove.

Got the job done

I really love the look of the crimp wave, this tool creates that look! I just recently cut my hair above my shoulders so it works perfectly for that cut, not sure what it would be like for someone with longer hair but its perfect length for the hairstyle I have. Definitely recommend, happy with the look I can create

I gave it to my granddaughter as a gift. She loves it. Her hair looks great.
