Product was bad. Looked like cottage cheese floating in clear syrup. After looking at other reviews it seems drybar has pretty bad quality control. Won't be wasting money here anymore

Super thick white clumps, so

Super thick white clumps, so thick it squeezed the top plastic part off while trying to squeeze it into my hand. Have to pick it out of my wet hair when I get out of the shower

Gross

The product is awful. It looks like chunky spoiled milk. It was very difficult to dispense because of the consistency. I'm thinking something happened to the product but will not buy this again.

Wanted to love it…

I can’t get past the weird consistency of the product. First, it’s really hard to get out of the bottle. Second, am I the only one that does not like the weird little globs of whatever it is that’s in the shampoo? They don’t dissolve nor does it lather very well. Third, the smell. Don’t really like it. I did love the results. My hair felt great. Used it a few times but I can’t deal with how weird it is. I really like liquid glass but that shampoo was a little drying on my hair. I thought this was the answer but unfortunately it isn’t. :(

Defective maybe? No lather and leaves pieces of plastic

I think I have a defective bottle. It is leaving big pieces of residue in after using, and there’s no lather at all

The original purchase that I

The original purchase that I made of the same shampoo was defected. I emailed them back because the replacement was defective as well. I still have not heard any response in resolving this solution. If need be I can send both bottles back to you that you replaced that are defective

Smells like vacation in a bottle!

Gross product

The shampoo was so thick it wouldn't come out of the bottle, I opend the lid and the shampoo was like a cottage cheese consistency and smelled bad. I returned it and I am still waiting for a refund after 13 days.
