I was not expecting this from Macy's

The CO2 Cylinder was not inside de box. it is so expensive for this outcome. specifically for a Christmas present

Bad bottle design

The bottle cap was missing from the box. Instead of going to the trouble of returning and ordering a new one, I paid $6 and waited a week for a new bottle cap. The plastic bottle is finicky. The extra colorful bottom of the bottle comes of too easily and the bottle can not stay up without it. I order two extra bottles same problem. Other than that it makes good soda.
