Weighted blanket too heavy

This blanket (20 lbs) is way too heavy for me, a female under 180lbs. My body literally was sore after using this blanket just for one night. I may buy 10lb blanket next time, but I feel like even that might be too heavy. Anyhow, I'm quite disappointed.
