Slow shipping

received pink instead of the blue ordered & it arrived too late. Client died 3 days before it arrived. We don't need it now and would like to return it.

Phenomenal customer service

I purchased a bed rail at an auction thinking I was saving money. The description indicated it was new and no parts were missing. Unfortunately, I didn't check the box within the seven day return policy of the auction and by the time I did, I noticed the hardware necessary to make the bed rail work, was missing. I reached out to Dream On Me, Inc and they were simply phenomenal in their customer service. While I didn't purchase the bed rail in a manner that required them to honor any type of warranty, they were absolutely willing to send me free of charge the necessary pieces I will need to keep my grandson safe in his bed. I wholeheartedly appreciate their willingness to work with me. This is what customer service is all about. Sadly with another company where I had a similar issue with missing pieces, they weren't willing to help me at all. Thank you to Dream On Me, Inc. for their commitment to their product.

Great bed rail. Essential. Very sturdy

This bed rail is really essential when you move from a crib to a daybed or twin bed for your little one.akes your life easier for sure. No problems on installation.
