Horrible odor!

Does not appear to be as pictured. Topper is all gray color, on website looks white on the top. This stinks! I need someone from Macys to contact me.

We are sorry this mattress topper is not as you expected and that it stinks.

This mattress topper is infused with bamboo charcoal and is intended to be all gray in color. All new foam products can have a new smell when they are first opened. This smell is completely harmless and should dissipate very quickly. A great way to help this topper out is to place it in a well-ventilated room with a fan blowing on it.
