Great Cookbook, easy to follow

The photos are excellent. Loved the sections on food prep & storage which are so helpful. So far I've done the Chicken Breakfast Patties, Cilantro Lime Shrimp, Classic Hummus (so easy!) & the Spiralized Apple Crisp. All were great tasting and easy to do. Her website is fabulous too! Can't wait to try more of her recipes.

Really Great Recipes - Wonderful Book!

I really enjoyed this book. I have tried several of the recipes and they have all been great. I followed her on YouTube for years before purchasing the book. Love her approach to meal prep as I don't like to eat the same every day. I actually purchased a copy of this book for myself and then purchased a copy for my sister for the holidays. As a two-time purchaser, I can't recommend it enough.

The Best Meal Prep Cookbook!

Such a comprehensive cookbook! Lisa takes you through all the various ways you can meal prep, including mix-and-matching individual ingredients and making big-batch meals that you can store in your fridge or freezer. As she mentions, doing one way of meal prep would be pretty boring, and it's all about variety to keep you eating healthy. The meals are colorful, super tasty, and use ingredients I have readily available - thank goodness! I've already made (and love) the Greek sheet pan chicken and the lemony lentil and chickpea soup. I've got so many sticky notes on pages I might as well just continue cooking through the whole book! A winner for sure.
