Not as pictured

Disappointed. The color is not red at all. It's more like dark tan/brown color. It looked used, not new at all. Had scratches everywhere. Had to take it back to the Store. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Wrong color..too large

EXCELLENT IN ECRU

I ordered this D&B in ECRU. The color is gorgeous. I also own this bags in at least 5 other colors. I'm a big bag lady and this bag holds everything. The Florentine leather is excellent and scratches can easily be removed by using your finger in a circular motion to rub any scratch out. The Crossbody option is great ...can remain hands free when necessary. The workmanship on the handles outstanding. The sale price was excellent but more importantly, it was a new bag and shipped quickly. Thanks Macy's. T.5-6-20

Love it.

I’ve had this bag for several years. I stopped carrying it maybe 6years ago. I pulled it out today, a boom that leather smell is still the same. Love it.!! A bit heavy, but I love it.

Not what I expected

I love D&B. I have been waiting on this purse to go on sale. It finally did an I ordered it online. But what I received was not expected. This bag has been in the store it was large which I love and beautiful. This bag is smaller than I expected an smaller than the one I seen in the store and the opening of the bag makes its very awkward. I hate that I have to return a bag I waited so long for.
