Very expensive looking and elegant but!!!!

I originally bought this dress to wear to a black tie event, I love the print and the dress definitely does look very elegant and expensive but if you are looking for something form fitting and elegant this is not the one. It fits tight in my chest area but very loose in the stomach and hips because it is a halter drape dress. It is very floor length which is great but with the slip underneath the dress feels heavy. I winded up returning this dress to go with something a little more flattering. The dress is very frumpy but I do think it is great for someone who is the models same height and size but if your bust or hippy this may not be the one.
