Shipping

I’m extremely disappointed. I paid for express shipping, but I’m still waiting for my order five days later. Customer service could only tell me that my package is "in transit to UPS" and refused to refund the express delivery cost. The package has been in transit for the last three days, and I still have no idea when I’ll receive my jacket. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I strongly advise against wasting money on express delivery from Macy’s.
