Pretty dress, but..

I love the light weight feel and classic lace of this dress. I ordered 10 petite as I am 5.1 and 130. However, the fit is snug on top (size 36c) and big / loose at the lower hips. So, it just looked baggy on my legs, but nice everywhere else. Sadly, I will be returning.
