Perfect Classic Black Dress

Great quallity! Fabric is heavy, so hangs smoothly and is forgiving in tummy & hips. Would have been a 5, but sleeves are full length. Picture shows 3/4. I was planning on it for a spring dinner. It is so nice, I'll keep for fall/winter/very early spring occasion.
